This book is just wonderful. The FMC is a young widow from Texas that has relocated to Galway to escape her grief. Her apartment is next to a funeral home with a very hot undertaker. But the way the author weaves the tale of their falling in love is just…wow. Touching and poignant. But also for real funny and very plain spoken about death and body preparation (it is not grotesque, it just is, the way a book with a mechanic MC would talk about cars). Anyway, this is my first Ivy Fairbanks, I can’t wait to find another one.
